What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details, current country, qualifications, work history, area of interest and message you choose to provide. If you attach a guided-assistant conversation, it is included with the enquiry.

Why we collect it

Kiwi Fern Immigration Services uses this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the service you may need, arrange consultations, maintain service records and improve approved website guidance.

What not to submit

Do not send passport numbers, financial details, medical information or sensitive documents through the public enquiry form or guided assistant. A team member will explain an appropriate secure process if documents are required.

Storage and service providers

Website enquiries are stored in a dedicated Kiwi Fern Immigration database. Selected hosting, security and email providers may process the minimum information needed to operate the website and notify the team.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, broad referral sources, contact-link clicks and successful enquiries. We do not send your enquiry answers, contact details or guided-assistant messages to Google Analytics. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses sent to Analytics and send only the origin of referring websites.

Analytics is off until you accept. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Use Change analytics preferences on this privacy page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry.

Google processes analytics information on its infrastructure, which may be outside New Zealand. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Consent choices and browser blocking mean analytics reports may not include every visit or enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to or correction of personal information held about you. You may also ask whether information can be deleted, subject to professional, regulatory and legal record-keeping obligations.
